CareConnect
Meeting a couple of times a month, the CareConnect ministry makes phone calls to parish members to check-in with folks and to identify pastoral needs in the parish. We need leaders to help recruit volunteers, provide training to ministry members, and to schedule calling volunteers on a monthly basis.
Prayer Shawl Ministry
The Prayer Shawl ministry makes handmade shawls to give to parishioners who are hurting or sick to help them feel God’s love every time they wrap themselves up in the shawl. Prayer shawls will be hand knit (or crocheted) by people in our church. Anyone who wants to make a prayer shawl can participate, we’ll teach you how to knit!
Community of Hope
Community of Hope ministers volunteer to serve as companions to members of our parish who are going through a difficult moment in life. With special training provided once a year, Community of Hope ministers assist our clergy in tending to the pastoral needs of our parish.
