Church of the Epiphany is co-hosting a Vaccination Clinic on Parish grounds with Maricopa County Health Department along with 911 OCCMed on Saturday, October 9th from 9:00am to 1:00pm. The event is open to all walk-ins and will provide Pfizer vaccines, Pfizer boosters for those who qualify, COVID-19 tests, and Flu vaccines. The second dose of the vaccine will also be administered here on Parish grounds on Saturday, November 9th from 9:00am to 1:00pm.

Maricopa County Health Department provides people, connections, and listings with the City of Tempe’s list of providers. 911 OCCMed provides the vaccines and services (i.e. nurses).
