Mission Plan Forum

Throughout the gospel texts, Jesus focuses on the use of money. From the invitation to the rich man to sell all his possessions and give the proceeds to the poor to the widow’s mite to the parables of talents, Jesus speaks regularly about money and how it can either help or hinder people in being faithful to the one, true, living God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

As a parish in that great mystery, the church, it is meet and right for us to look at how we are using money as a means to help us with the mission of the church: To restore all people to unity with God and each other in Christ. At Church of the Epiphany, we share the Gospel of Jesus Christ by inviting relationship, connecting in hope, growing in faith, and serving in love.

On Sunday, October 24, 2021, you are invited to join the wardens and rector at 9:00am for a 30-minute update on how we are doing relative to our mission plan approved by the annual parish meeting in January. A summary of our year-to-date financial position is available here.

Join us this Sunday as we review where we are financially and how God is calling our parish forward in mission. The forum will be held in a hybrid format. In-person in the Education Building or join virtually via Zoom. RSVP by clicking here and filling out this form.
